YOGA IS A PRACTICE THAT INCORPORATES MANY BENEFITS FOR COMPETITION AND MINDSET PREPARATION.  FLEX YOGA TECHNIQUES INCLUDE: 

  • Proper breathing biomechanics- the way you breathe has everything to do with the way you perform
  • Learn self-treatment strategies for sustainability and pain free performance
  • Creates interoception and proprioception (body awareness) in strength and flexibility at safe end ranges of motion
  • Aids in recovery, down regulates Central Nervous System
  • Relieves muscle tension to flush inflammation/lactic acid- focuses with active recovery principles
  • Performance assisting- works in conjunction with strength and conditioning
  • Balances the compensatory patterns made in cross training and repetitive motion
