I’m a mindset and mobility coach with over two decades of experience coaching athletes to master their mental game.

My expertise in mental performance, yoga, mindfulness meditation, and breath coaching allow me to tailor my coaching to help each athlete I work with unlock their full potential.

My goal is simple: to empower your golfer to break through self limiting beliefs, develop laser focus, and be prepared every time they step on to the course that will allow them the confidence they need—both on and off the green.

  • Unlike traditional sports coaching, that focuses only on physical skills and technique, my approach enhances their ability to handle stress, stay calm, and maintain confidence on the course. This means athletes’ physical ability can shine through, once they have their mental game under control.

  • I understand that time is limited, which is why I work with you to create a training regime that works for your athlete’s schedule. My sessions are designed to equip them with skills they can use in practice, improving them every day, even outside of our sessions. Typically sessions are anywhere from 25-90 minutes.

  • Absolutely! The thing about mental skills is that once you have them, and understand the importance of them, they’re valuable in every area of life. The ability to manage stress, focus on the task at hand, keep calm under pressure, and handle your nerves are skills that will continue to be useful way beyond the scope of golf.
